I posted this on the Plat boards asking, however I'll post this here too. As you can see below in my post, those wishing to be new citizens cannot get into the tower in DR Plat.

I'm not sure what you mean by this - What joining room? I can't get in the tower to the old place to be a citizen..the tower is locked up.

Is there a new area?

To be honest seeing what the outcast citizens post title is. I sort of don't understand why of Ilithi was changed. Not a citizen of the province don't plan to be just curious. Just a thought.
