Every time I've needed to talk to Simutronics billing department, I am impressed. The people there are helpful, prompt and know what they are talking about.

If every company had a billing/customer service department like Simu's, the world would be a better place.

Yeah I completely agree...I have had to talk to various game billing departments over the years and none of them have come close to how great the SIMU people are. :)

In addition to their helpfulness, I really like how they open and close a little later than the usual 9-5.

I like that they're willing to open new accounts via email. I lost my voice months back and desperately wanted to roll up a trader (idk, it was a whim) without giving up my moon mage, but I normally call them. I was pleasantly surprised when I didn't have to ask my fiance to create a new account for me.

That story sounds really lame, but it totally gave me warm fuzzies at the time.
