DragonRealms Wallpaper Contest 04/13/2009 04:28 PM CDT

Design a Dragonrealms-themed desktop wallpaper!

For this contest, you may focus on any aspect of DR that strikes your fancy: people, places, creatures, events. Your artwork must be original and must include a DR logo - yours or (preferably) ours. (We'll put a DR logo on the Flickr site that you can use.) No sexually explicit images please.

Submit your piece to our Flickr page at http://www.flickr.com/groups/drart/. Submission deadline is May 31, 2009 (11:59 pm eastern).

The winner will be selected by player voting (method to be determined), and will receive a special item, 1,000 premium points, and a free month of Premium service.

I used to have one that someone had made of the three moons. I don't know if if was designed to be wallpaper or not but it was perfect to use for it. I lost it in a comp crash and always wished I could find it again.

I'm both amused and disgusted that you even have to specify this.

Also, what sort of dimensions do you want for this?

The promised DR logo isn't in the Flickr group. Could this be uploaded in the near future, as a high res transparent image? This will help us get the most bang out of it. Thanks!

So what's the word on the wallpaper contest? Deadline has passed, but I don't see many wallpaper submissions on the flickr, and no word here so far. :(

I've been swamped with other artwork that everytime I pick up a #2 I get so disenchanted. I never got my submission finished :(

I am sure we will hear more about this later when time allows. I hope this contest is still going to be judged but it looks like there weren't a lot of submissions... Either way, it was fun and nice to do something for once other than work!
