Theres actually a TON of Texas players, but for whatever reason, they don't read either this board or the DR-Texas yahoo list.

I'm 20-25 minutes down 35 from Denton actually. I know there is one other guy in Denton that played DR. No idea if even gets much time to play anymore, but I know he's in that area. I met him via myspace actually. There are a number of Texans on there.
