I finally stumbled upon this forum. I'm from the KC area, we have what is (to my limited knowledge) one of the bigger renessance fairs around. I know of 3 other players from Kansas, 1 of which introduced me to the game. I know that he would be interested in making a weekend of coming over (he's in central ks) for a weekend. If there is interest in this let me know and I'll find some information on it.
