On behalf of the honored Council of the Order of the Theren Guard, this proclamation is hereby issued.

At the nomination of retiring Speaker, General Somniumvisum; with the confirmation of the Council of the Theren Guard, and with the blessing of His Grace, the Baron, Gyfford; and in the presence of His Grace’s representative’s Lady Valkri and Lord Valkhran; Klurn Odarien is hereby appointed to the position of Speaker of the Order of the Theren Guard and granted the rank of General within the nation of Therengia.

Conditional of General Klurn’s appointment, Keep Lt. Mahone Ral’vayato has been likewise confirmed by Council to replace the retiring Vice Speaker Meadbh Dragon’claws and has been granted the rank of Colonel within the nation of Therengia.
