HE 417 Wood Stats 11/02/2015 04:31 AM CST
Hey everyone, currently Dragonwood and Smokewood have their stats on Elanthipedia. If anyone has purchased Diamondwood, Adderwood, Ramin, Greenheart, or Aformosia, I'd appreciate it if you could deed your log so that you can see the stats, and reply here with them. Thanks!

Is there crafting rare woods available at HE this year?

Sort of..not really? Bare Necessities sells 7 different fest woods that are craftable, but I highly recommend caution. My theory is that those woods have been chosen for their desired looks, not their functionality, and any who purchase them thinking that the wood will make a weapon are likely to be disappointed. That shop sells products to be used to embellish your items in alterations, so it would make sense if those 7 woods are simply both ultra rare and look nice.

This is evidenced so far by the stats in Smokewood and Dragonwood. There are common woods that make better bows/weapons than these so far. I'm hoping to find the stats on the others from people who purchase the woods to use in their alterations or for whatever reason.

Just to nekro this. I am awful at updating epedia, so if any of you savvy folks can do it that would be awesome.

I got these at HE this year, straight off the deed so numbers are right.

PS: Can someone fix my player page too? I screwed it way up. https://elanthipedia.play.net/mediawiki/index.php/Morpion
