Recall Critter Cooldown 02/23/2020 07:14 AM CST

>The cooldown (for burglary) is now in real life time instead of logged in time. This is live in all instances.

Can you guys make the cool down for learning from recall real life time, just like all the stealing cool downs? Thanks!

Cooldown for RECALL is now real life time, instead of logged in time.

Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but what about just removing the cool downs on these low-mindstate abilities? Recall, perceive, hunt, appraise, and the like.
