PLAY HELP lists the songs from easiest to hardest. For optimal learning, you want to play the one that you can play "with only the slightest hint of difficulty."

I should clarify that a more difficult instrument doesn't mean you'll learn better, just that it has a higher range over which it will teach. As long as you're playing with a slight difficulty you'll be learning well, with the ideal learning coming from the second hardest slightly difficult song. (i.e. 2 songs easier than the first fumbling one.) The difference across all the slightly learning songs is not large, though, so you don't really need to go that specific if you don't want to.
