Someone in Discord was having trouble using their retune cambrinth rod. It was burning charges but not retuning cambrinth. They had 500+ arcana but little or no enchanting skill. It worked when handed off to someone else with higher enchanting skill. It was my understanding that *enchanting skill* was used for the enchantment *crafting check* and *arcana skill* was used for the enchantment *use check*. Is this a bug and the retune cambrinth rod is skillchecking enchanting skill when it should be checking arcana skill or does enchanting skill also gate being able to use enchantments?
