Not sure if some of these would fall under a different discipline, but here's a starter.

Weapon hilts
Armors - painting for chain, etching for leather, engraving for plate and shields, embroidering for cloth.
Book covers - like the compendium ones at fest.
Bow grips - longbow, short bow, etc

That's all I have at the moment.
