signal horse to attack
You haven't developed a strong enough bond with your cherry bay horse to do that.

What do I have to do to develop a bond with my horse?

I am a Paladin. Horse is trained. Thanks

>look horse
The cherry bay horse is eighteen hands high with a dark red colored coat and light brown highlights. It has a black mane and tail. The mare has a white mark on the right foreleg extending from the coronet to the hock.
The horse is wearing a polished scale crinnet, an engraved crupper crafted from heavy plate, an engraved chanfron crafted from heavy plate, a burnished black leather saddle, a gold-inlaid peytrel crafted from heavy plate, a thick white wool blanket edged with gold braiding, an engraved flanchard crafted from heavy plate, and a burnished black leather bridle.

Have you tried petting and feeding it a lot, and grooming it? Camen spent a lot of time doing that before his horse actually bonded.

Fishing works fairly well, and also teaches foraging.
