I have two vouchers, both of which I obtained from other characters throughout the years. I have had them between 2 to 4 years now, would like to find out how I can finally get them redeemed.

First one is a matte black voucher, which states "Good for two weapon alterations from me. -- Jossie"

Second one is a gore weapon voucher, which states "This voucher can be redeemed to make any (suitable) type of (melee) weapon into a gore weapon."

I had gone back and forth over the years in email with events, with them stating someone would be contacting me back to set something up, yet never would I get a response. Looking for some direction, thanks.
