So I purchased the motherload of alteration vouchers few days ago...

A leather-backed parchment reads:
"The purchaser of this parchment will be entitled to three (3) pieces of custom work by the Master Tinker Snidley Snarflepie.

Yesterday, the purchaser told me they emailed events and told them that she had sold it. They then told her that I would take her spot in the Priority Line for these. Is there any chance I could get a GM to give me an approx time frame? Am I 5th of 20? or am I 100th of 101? I can email you with all the data I currently have mr./mrs. redname if you'd like. :D

PS I have some purty sweet stuff planned!

I don't think there is a line persay, i think its if Snidley shows up you bypass any non voucher holder.

You can either wait for him to show up and jump the line (assuming the NPC agrees), or you can email events and try to schedule a personal appointment.

The events team told the previous owner that it would be a meeting with a GM to fulfill the voucher, and I would not have to wait for Snidley, and made it sound like there was an order... I've not really heard about it before, and with my last voucher, I emailed Events and 5 days later got the alteration.
