I recently came back to the game, after being gone for over 5 years, probably longer. I found a periwinkle Steck voucher and a red Horatius voucher. I not ready to redeem the steck voucher, but I am possibly ready to redeem the horatius voucher. I was wondering if they still show up, if I need to watch for them at festivals. I do remember receiving them way back when, during a cruise festival. Which was very fun. If someone could please let me know where and when the best place to look for Horatius and/or Steck, thanks.
