I think having a timer for your assassination target would be a really good thing. Maybe like 2-3 hours of being logged out will clear your target? I was targeted immediately when the game started, killed my attacker and was targeted again like 5 minutes later. I believe I've been targeted by the same person ever since but haven't ever seen them. Having some kind of timer would free up more targets for the people who are currently logged in and playing.
