Ok found the Bounty payer..... proper syntax for it Ask <NPC> about bounty....I did this a few times and recieved the reply Your not even a trader, get out of here. then i also recieve the reply You have now bountys you need to complete some to collect.(that may not be the exact reply but its real close) I assisted and was told that they can see how much i was supposed to get as payment but I need to bug report and post here so you guys can be aware of it.
