Yep, I saw a burrow while walking the ways early morning on the 29th. Maybe 5am EST? Luckily I didn't get nabbed. I was tempted to investigate but it seems pretty much a suicide mission.
I assume that you are (should) be safe in your own house or a bank or something if you are not currently participating in the event, like if i've never asked for a task or anything like that ... right?
