A wandering Dwarf looking for an old friend. 10/19/2016 06:03 PM CDT
So, for anybody who was wondering what that tweet yesterday was about, I've got a log of the event. But you didn't hear from Miskton that Inyasa might be acting somewhat erratically!

[Shard, West City Gates]
Glossy black and opaque, the diamondique West Gates of the city gleam alongside the brightly burnished armor of its guards. The crystal walls are equally bright, all resulting in a whole that would be blinding were they any more perfect or the sun any more bright.
You also see a prominent warning sign, a ladder to the top of the wall and the Sentinel Kureta.
Also here: Knaldkarlik Eka Zoitrece.
Obvious paths: north, east, south.

You see Knaldkarlik Eka Zoitrece Hvar-Almi of Elanthia, a Dwarf.
Zoitrece has a softly angular face, close-set steely grey eyes and a crooked nose. Her grey-streaked dark brown hair is long and straight. She has tanned skin and a stocky figure.
She is slightly under average height for a Dwarf.
She appears to be an adult.
She has a narrow mustache that frames her upper lip before trailing into a long beard. Niniam and silversteel rings set with tiny viperscale alexandrites decorate the lengthy beard, which features a multitude of sleek braids.
She is in good shape.

She is wearing a niniam and silversteel circlet centered with a viperscale alexandrite cradled in a pair of healing hands, a series of niniam and silversteel rings decorated with viperscale alexandrites, a full-length formal robe sewn from obsidian black silk woven with rich blue highlights, a platinum wedding ring set with smooth dragonfire amber and a pair of soft brown suede boots with turned-back cuffs.

Zoitrece gazes off into the distance.

Song Phoenix Lilliwea came through the West city gates.

Lilliwea ponders.

Zoitrece asks, "Hello. Are you more helpful than this Sentinel, who is too busy to help me track down that daft woman who sent for me?"

Zoitrece glances at the Sentinel Kureta.

You exclaim, "Possibly!"

Zoitrece nods.

You ask, "I might be able to try, at least. Who is it you're looking for?"

Zoitrece says, "It has been many years since I've seen her, but I'm seeking Inyasa."

Lilliwea says, "Seems I've arrived at an opportune time."

Lilliwea ponders.

You say, "Ah, yes, Handmaiden Inyasa..."

You nod.

Zoitrece nods.

Zoitrece says, "She was more of a silly girl when I saw her last, but perhaps she's made something good of herself."

You say, "I would speculate that she's somewhere around the Great Tower. Probably dealing with paperwork of some sort."

Zoitrece peers along the streets north and south.

Zoitrece asks, "It has been an awfully long time since I was here. Would you be willing to direct me, perhaps?"

You say, "Would you like an escort to the tower? I should probably be heading that way soon to check in with Guildleader Mortom, anyway."

You say, "Ah, yes, certainly."

Zoitrece nods to you.

Zoitrece says, "That would be most helpful."

Lilliwea asks, "Mind if I tag along?"

You exclaim, "No problems here!"

Lilliwea beams!

Zoitrece says, "The more the merrier. If that lady's message was any indication, the more witnesses, the better."

Lilliwea says, "I'm too pretty to just stand around..."

Lilliwea says, "Or at least I like to believe so."

Lilliwea preens. Someone's pleased with herself!

Zoitrece says to Lilliwea, "Your beard is a bit short, but you'll do."

Lilliwea chuckles.

Lilliwea says, "I guess I can take that as a compliment."

Lilliwea nods.

You ask, "Okay then, ready to make our way over there?"

Lilliwea preens. Someone's pleased with herself!

Zoitrece nods to Lilliwea.

Lilliwea nods.

Zoitrece nods to you.

You nod.

<some travel>

[Shard, West Entrance of The Great Tower]
Moonstone Street quietly empties into the west entryway of the Great Tower, the dark street flowing like a carefully diverted river north, south, and east. A wall of bones -- rumored to be a mixture of dragon, Dragon Priests, and the Elven and Elothean heroes who laid down their lives in the last great war -- embraces an arch of glittering crystal, the skulls that mount its rim glaring down on all who would trespass upon the Ferdahl's garden.
Also here: Song Phoenix Lilliwea and Knaldkarlik Eka Zoitrece.
Obvious paths: north, south, west.

Lilliwea casually observes the area.

You say, "Thankfully it's fairly easy to find your way around the city."

You grin.

Zoitrece nods.

<more travel>

[The Great Tower, Entryway]
Walls of gleaming white marble sweep like seagull's wings in a wide, massive circle. A tile mosaic of dark material is embedded in the floor, the type of substance that releases a most satisfying click when walked across wearing metal-shod boots. A short passage leads east, and there is a narrow corridor northwest. Gleaming mahogany doors lead west, and a spiral stairway allows access to other levels.
You also see the Citizenship Office entrance.
Obvious exits: north, south.
Lilliwea and Zoitrece followed.

Lilliwea says, "If it werent' for my maps I'd still get lost."

Zoitrece says, "Well, I made it fairly close to town without feeling terribly lost, but the folks I asked directions of on the road were apparently very weary."

Zoitrece frowns slightly, shaking her head.

You say, "Now, somewhere around here seems the most likely spot to find her, but I'm not sure exactly where she might be. I suppose we can walk around the areas open to the public and keep our eyes open."

Lilliwea nods.

Zoitrece says, "Well, she sent for me, so I'd hope she'd make herself easy to find."

You ponder.

Lilliwea nods.

You ask, "Were there any additional instructions at all, other than coming to see her?"

Lilliwea exclaims, "What are we waiting for then!"

Zoitrece says, "She said she needed help finding a thing, but she was not specific. As it's been so long, I'm not at all sure what help she thought I'd be."

You nod.

Lilliwea ponders.

You say, "Well, I suppose we'll just have to take a look around, then."

Zoitrece squints.

Zoitrece nods.

<bit of walking around>

[The Great Tower, Narrow Hall]
Floors of dark walnut gleam in the light cast by a row of standing lamps. The plastered walls, painted a bright scarlet, are decorated by tightly spiraled white patterns that maze across their curved surfaces. The violet furnishings of the antechamber are visible through a curtained arch, while across from it stands a pair of large teak doors.
Also here: Knaldkarlik Eka Zoitrece and Song Phoenix Lilliwea.
Obvious exits: southeast, southwest.

Lilliwea frowns.

Lilliwea says, "You need more involved friends. I'd be worried about you had I not heard from you."

Lilliwea nods.

Zoitrece says, "As a child, she was forever climbing a tree or smelling flowers. All those outdoors things."

You say, "Hmm. Now that I think about it, it might be worthwhile to see if I can find her with magic, rather than just wandering about."

You chuckle.

Zoitrece nods.

You say, "Been out hunting for the first time in a while. Fell back into the tracking habit."

You grin.

You gesture.
You contribute your harnessed streams to increase the pattern's potential.
[Garden of Lights, Gazebo]
Light pink bougainvillea flowers wrap around this hexagonal-shaped gazebo, draping down from the roof to drop soft, papery petals to the wooden floor. Padded benches and a living curtain of thickly growing honeysuckle ivy that weaves in with the bougainvillea vines complete the total sense of removal from the world that lies beyond this small, dim enclosure.
You also see a yellow-eyed sand cat.
Also here: Handmaiden Inyasa who is sitting.
Obvious paths: out.

Lilliwea says, "Maybe she's left some signs of her passing..."

Lilliwea scans the area briefly.

You say, "Ah, I see. She's out in the gardens."

Zoitrece nods.

<off we go>

[The Great Tower, Garden of Lights]
A circular pool ringed partially with weeping silverwillows lies just off the path that winds through this sedate garden of honeysuckle, succulent ivy, and morning glories. Water shoots up out of the center of the pool, falling down in a fan of droplets that sparkle in the light. The lights for which this garden was named do not actually become apparent until after dark.
You also see a flower-draped gazebo and a gate allowing access to the pool side.
Also here: Song Phoenix Lilliwea and Knaldkarlik Eka Zoitrece.
Obvious paths: southeast, west.

Lilliwea casually observes the area.

Zoitrece sniffs the air around her.

Zoitrece sneezes.

You say, "Lovely place."

Zoitrece nods.

Also here: Handmaiden Inyasa who is sitting.
Obvious paths: out.
Lilliwea and Zoitrece followed.

Lilliwea says, "So pretty."

You see Handmaiden Inyasa Diebo, an Elothean Empath.
Inyasa has a softly angular face with elegant arched eyebrows, almond-shaped crystal green eyes and a small nose. Her silver-streaked golden hair is shoulder length and wavy, and is worn in a careless, windblown arrangement. She has fair skin and a thin figure.
She is slightly under average height for an Elothean.
She appears to be an adult.
She is in good shape.

She is wearing a kyanite gwethdesuan, a jadeite gwethdesuan, a pair of iris-shaped earrings crafted of sea blue crystal, a blue crystal rose pendant hung from a delicate silver chain, a gold Court insignia, a dark blue silk backpack embroidered with tiny flowers, a pure white silk kimono embroidered with a small gladiolus on one arm, a dark cambrinth armband decorated with the silhouette of a lion, a blue silk brocade gem pouch embroidered in silver with a regal lion's head and some dainty blue felt slippers.

Inyasa slowly opens her eyes, emerging from a quiet meditation.

Lilliwea points at Inyasa.

Zoitrece squints at Inyasa.

You bow to Inyasa.

Lilliwea curtsies to Inyasa.

Inyasa says, "Good eveni..."

Zoitrece says, "Well, child, you called for me. Here I am."

Inyasa beams at Zoitrece!

Inyasa stands up.

Inyasa says, "Zoitrece."

Zoitrece gazes at Inyasa.

Inyasa gives Zoitrece a formal hug, pressing first her right cheek, then her left, against Zoitrece's.

You say, "Good evening. I'm glad we could find you."

You smile.

Zoitrece says, "You've grown up."

Inyasa asks you, "Helpful as ever, Seer, aren't you?"

You smile.

You say, "Always happy to be of service."

Lilliwea says, "I'm just here to make the party a little prettier."

Lilliwea nods.

Zoitrece says, "It is lucky for you he was. I'd have stumbled around town half the night, otherwise."

Lilliwea preens. Someone's pleased with herself!

Inyasa looks at Zoitrece and blushes.

Lilliwea strikes a heroic pose.

Inyasa says to Zoitrece, "I apologize. I had no idea you would come so soon."

Cookie Chef Janora just arrived.

Inyasa says, "What a pleasant surprise though."

Zoitrece says, "Well, the note you sent.. worried me."

Inyasa gazes sadly at Zoitrece.

Inyasa says, "Yes, it's why I was here at this hour."

Inyasa casually observes the area.

Zoitrece says, "From the smudges on the paper and that scrawling handwriting, I'd have thought you were stuck in a closet."

Inyasa says, "I was trying to find a piece of calm in the face of another restless night."

Zoitrece asks, "What has you so troubled?"

Inyasa says, "It's been difficult since the recent attacks."

Zoitrece asks, "You're having troubles here, too?"

Inyasa asks, "Were any of you here for them?"

Lilliwea says, "Not I, but my brother was."

You say, "I was out of town, at the time."

Janora ponders.

Janora shakes her head.

Inyasa says, "None of you.. no..."

Lilliwea shakes her head.

Inyasa folds her arms across her chest.

Zoitrece says, "Nothing's made it into the interior, but those Gor'Togs in the outer ring of town have been hit quite hard."

Inyasa nods to Zoitrece.

Inyasa says to Zoitrece, "The Tower was surrounded for a time here."

Zoitrece frowns.

Inyasa says, "The wailing of those monsters."

Inyasa sighs.

You frown.

Zoitrece asks, "Do they seem to be after anything in particular?"

Inyasa says, "Still, I've seen attacks before."

Inyasa says, "Why this one lingers with me is.."

Inyasa says, "Troubling."

Inyasa looks over her shoulder briefly before turning back toward the group.

Inyasa smiles.

A butterfly, with wings that seem made of translucent pearl, flutters by in search of nectar.

Zoitrece asks, "Was there something that sticks out as different, with these?"

Zoitrece says, "I was worried when the moths showed up, but my woolens are tucked away well enough."

Zoitrece waves her hand distractedly.

You grin wryly.

Lilliwea chuckles.

Zoitrece says, "Certainly nothing I'd lose sleep over. But you look miserable."

A light rain begins to patter down from above.

Inyasa gazes up at the sky.

Zoitrece gazes up at the sky.

Lilliwea says, "Let me clear up this rain."

Inyasa says to Zoitrece, "You always did have a way with words."

Zoitrece nods to Inyasa.

Lilliwea says, "Least I can do is keep us warm and dry."

Lilliwea smiles.

Zoitrece nods to Lilliwea.

Lilliwea briefly spreads her arms outward as her chanting intensifies. The notes jump from high to low and back again repeatedly as the pace increases.

The skipping, sparkling rhythm of Lilliwea's enchante flows from her lips, enticing the air around you to shed moisture and to warm as if under a summer sun.
The air shifts as the persuasive melody of Lilliwea's enchante surrounds you, and suddenly the area seems hotter and drier.

Zoitrece says, "Thank you."

Lilliwea stretches her arms.

You nod politely to Lilliwea.

Zoitrece asks, "Did the things attacking here take something from you?"

Inyasa says to Lilliwea, "That's very tranquil, thank you."

Lilliwea beams at Inyasa!

Lilliwea ponders.

Inyasa says to Zoitrece, "From me? No, they weren't able to get past the defenders who took place around the Tower."

Zoitrece nods to Inyasa.

Inyasa says, "They were very brave in the face of it all."

Zoitrece asks, "Reports of other things being taken?"

Lilliwea asks, "If memory serves I believe my brother mentioning some chests being taken, no?"

Zoitrece says, "Strong walls and sturdy defenders are a true delight, if one must live above ground."

Lilliwea says, "Or maybe that was something I happened to listen into on gweth before mine shattered."

Zoitrece winces.

Inyasa says to Lilliwea, "We've had some reports from other provinces of ransacks."

Zoitrece says, "Miserable things, gweths. But needful."

Zoitrece nods to Lilliwea.

Lilliwea nods to Zoitrece.

Inyasa says, "These creatures didn't have the intent for anything but blood and soul as far as I could tell."

Zoitrece asks, "Soul?"

Zoitrece raises an eyebrow.

Inyasa says, "Many were lost with their spirits drained, yes."

Lilliwea says, "Ah, the .. banshees I believe my brother said."

Zoitrece frowns.

Lilliwea says, "He died at the hands of one before he warded himself from their cries."

You say, "Ah, yes... I heard some reports about the banshees, and that curse of theirs. Nasty business, it sounded like."

Zoitrece says, "Just toward the end of summer, when strong folk need to be worried about bringing in harvests."

Lilliwea glances up at the sky.

Zoitrece says, "Seems the timing for these attacks is well thought out."

Lilliwea nods.

Zoitrece asks, "But if they've taken nothing from you, what was all that in your note, about needing help finding a thing?"

Zoitrece squints at Inyasa.

Inyasa says, "I..."

Inyasa blushes a bright red color.

Inyasa says, "I've been so tired, I don't recall."

Zoitrece frowns.

Inyasa says, "It's taken a toll on the paperwork as well, I'm ashamed to say."

Zoitrece says, "That isn't like you."

Zoitrece says, "You just need to keep your chin up. Fine advice coming from me, with my seclusion... but nevermind that."

Inyasa smiles at Zoitrece.

Zoitrece says, "It is possible I should have come out a time or two."

Inyasa asks Zoitrece, "I'm so glad you came. Would you like to take in some shops since you've made the trip?"

Zoitrece ponders.

Lilliwea ponders.

Zoitrece says, "It would be indoors, at least."

Inyasa says to you, "I'm sure one or two are still open at this hour."

Inyasa asks Lilliwea, "In the plaza, don't you think?"

Inyasa smiles.

Lilliwea says, "Maybe it will help you remember."

Zoitrece nods to Lilliwea.

You say, "Worth taking a look. I don't remember the hours of all the shops offhand."

You ponder.

Lilliwea exclaims to Inyasa, "I always did like shopping!"

Lilliwea preens. Someone's pleased with herself!

Janora chuckles.

Zoitrece says, "It has been some time since I shopped. I'll tag along, keep an eye on you, anyway."

Zoitrece nods to Inyasa.

Inyasa nods.

Inyasa asks you, "You're leading the way?"

You exclaim, "I suppose I can, yes!"

Lilliwea smiles.

Inyasa joins your group.

Zoitrece casually observes the area.

You ask, "To the Crystal Plaza, then?"

Janora joins your group.

Lilliwea gets an impish expression on her face, and lets out a hearty cheer.

<walking back across town>

[Crystal Plaza, Lobby]
The ceiling here is raised three stories high with a bronzed statue of an Elothean female in the center of the room. As they move across the rust-colored tiles, the visitors' footfalls and voices echo sharply off the elaborate cornices. A listings board on the far wall has an ornate gilded frame.
You also see a solid door, a listings board, a marble entrance leading out of the plaza and a public notice.
Obvious exits: north.
Janora, Inyasa, Lilliwea and Zoitrece followed.

Lilliwea casually observes the area.

Lilliwea says, "A few shops are open..."

Inyasa says to Zoitrece, "Maybe they have something for you."

You ask, "Any preferences?"

Zoitrece frowns.

Inyasa says to Zoitrece, "A new beard drape? Fine Elothean silk."

Janora casually observes the area.

Inyasa nods to Zoitrece.

Zoitrece says, "The only thing I've missed isn't to be found in any shop, I fear."

Lilliwea ponders.

Cyclone Mattisolos just arrived.

Mattisolos gasps!

Lilliwea gasps!

Inyasa asks Zoitrece, "Perhaps we can help you find whatever it is?"

Cyclone Mattisolos goes north.

Zoitrece scowls.

Zoitrece says, "I'm only here looking out for you."

Zoitrece nods to Inyasa.

Inyasa says, "Yes, of course, because of my letter."

Zoitrece nods to Inyasa.

Inyasa wrings her hands a bit.

Zoitrece says, "I suppose one shop is as good as another, to start."

You nod.

Lilliwea nods.

<walking>

[S.o.S. Fashions For Flight, Sales Floor]
A granite sales counter sits prominently in the back of the shop, providing a surface for merchant and customer to haggle or exchange goods for coin. A glass table sits alone on the granite floor, and a glass cabinet stands against the silk-covered walls. A swarm of gnats buzzes about the room.
You also see a bucket of viscous gloop, a plaza sentinel and a glass door.
Also here: Cyclone Mattisolos.
Obvious exits: out.
Janora, Inyasa, Lilliwea and Zoitrece followed.

Cyclone Mattisolos goes out.

Zoitrece pats a Katamba black bowtie.

You say, "A nice selection of materials on display."

Lilliwea exclaims, "Oh, what a pretty scarf!"

Inyasa says to Lilliwea, "I was thinking the same thing."

Lilliwea flails her arms about.

Inyasa asks Lilliwea, "The mountain jacaranda, no?"

Lilliwea says, "Aye."

Lilliwea says, "Such a rich green. beautiful."

Lilliwea says, "Sadly, it matches nothing I have on."

Inyasa turns her head sharply to the side as if listening for something in the distance.

Zoitrece glances at Inyasa.

Inyasa ponders.

Lilliwea asks Inyasa, "Is everything alright?"

Inyasa says, "I'm fine."

Zoitrece makes a good show of examining things on the glass table.

Inyasa asks Zoitrece, "How about a gown?"

Zoitrece says, "Is that what you're missing? I don't need another gown, certainly."

Lilliwea asks, "Maybe another shop will help with your memory?"

Zoitrece says, "Perhaps."

Zoitrece squints at Inyasa.

Zoitrece says, "You're really not yourself."

Inyasa says to Lilliwea, "Memory or not, it would be nice to see more things."

You say, "Let's try another, then."

You nod.

<walking>

[Myya's Miscellany, Sales Floor]
A clouded crystal sales counter sits prominently in the back of the shop, providing a surface for merchant and customer to haggle or exchange goods for coin. A lunat worktable and a glass table sit on the dark glazed-tile floor, with an ornate glass pedestal placed nearby to provide a variety of browsing options. A glass shelf hangs on the silk-covered walls.
You also see a bucket of viscous gloop, a plaza sentinel, an ornate smokewood chest with several things on it and a beaded curtain strung with antiqued diras.
Obvious exits: out.
Janora, Inyasa, Lilliwea and Zoitrece followed.

Lilliwea says, "Oh."

Inyasa says, "Goodness there's even more here."

Lilliwea says, "An interesting scroll."

Zoitrece nods.

You say, "All sorts of things."

Lilliwea says, "I've heard talk of such magic but though it to be just rumor."

Zoitrece says, "Perhaps something here will jog your memory."

Zoitrece frowns.

Inyasa stares at a Dalaeji black sapphire on the worktable for several long moments, appearing lost in the depths of the gem.

Lilliwea ponders.

(Janora looks with concern at Inyasa.)

Janora frowns.

Lilliwea gets a small platinum jewelry chest inset with a sparkling array of gemstone swirls from inside her hitman's backpack.

The antique hinges of Lilliwea's jewelry chest chirp musically as she opens it.

Zoitrece says, "Those are nice stones, yes."

Inyasa glances at Zoitrece and blinks several times.

Inyasa shakes her head.

Inyasa smiles at Zoitrece.

Lilliwea rummages about her person, looking for something.

Inyasa says, "Beautiful."

Inyasa nods in agreement.

Lilliwea nods.

Janora says, "There's a nice diamond here too."

Zoitrece nods.

Lilliwea ponders.

Lilliwea says, "Have a chest full of wonderous gems here but it seems I don't have these."

Zoitrece says, "I like this shop better than that other one."

The antique hinges of Lilliwea's jewelry chest chirp musically as she closes it.

Lilliwea puts her chest in her hitman's backpack.

Lilliwea nods.

Inyasa asks Zoitrece, "Perhaps a new satchel?"

Inyasa taps a blue silk satchel embroidered with the symbols of the Empath Guild atop a smokewood chest.

Zoitrece ponders.

Inyasa coyly says to Zoitrece, "Remind us of our studies."

Zoitrece nods to Inyasa.

Inyasa rubs her head.

Zoitrece brushes her fingers lightly over the crown atop the chest as a slight frown crosses her face.

Zoitrece glances at Inyasa.

Inyasa exclaims to Zoitrece, "Enough of your sideways glances!"

Zoitrece frowns at Inyasa.

Inyasa covers her mouth with her hand.

Inyasa blushes a bright red color.

Janora shifts her weight.

Zoitrece asks, "Inyasa What has gotten into you?"

Inyasa says, "I don't kn...o.."

Inyasa gasps!

Inyasa is stunned!

You blink.

Zoitrece blinks.

Janora blinks.

Inyasa's face goes slack and she suddenly doubles over. She heaves several times, muscles contracting violently, until an adder is expelled from her open mouth! The creature slithers away into the distance, disappearing with surprising alacrity.

Zoitrece moves over to guard Inyasa.

A stunned Inyasa slowly tips over, falling on her face!
Inyasa shakes off the stun.

Lilliwea gasps!

Zoitrece asks, "What.. was that?"

Lilliwea exclaims, "She is.. possessed!"

Inyasa glances at Zoitrece and blinks several times.

Inyasa rises to a kneeling position.

Janora says, "Oh my gosh... I've heard of this before..."

Lilliwea exclaims, "I should have known!"

Janora blinks.

Inyasa gazes sadly at Zoitrece for a few lingering moments before her demeanor suddenly shifts to a more erratic state.

Lilliwea says, "I must send word to my brother.."

Inyasa says, "What.."

Inyasa coughs.

Inyasa stands up.

Zoitrece yells, "Who is doing this?"

Inyasa exclaims, "Zoitrece! What was that?!"

Inyasa asks, "Did you do something?"

Janora says, "The immortals, they are sending a message again."

Inyasa fixes Zoitrece with a calm, clear stare.

Zoitrece says to Inyasa, "I don't know."

Inyasa glances at Janora.

Zoitrece says, "I don't know if we need a cleric or just to put you to bed."

Zoitrece frowns.

Janora says to Inyasa, "There was a Cleric.. who had two different avatars escape from his mouth, similar to what you experienced."

You ask, "Did you experience any sort of vision?"

Zoitrece asks, "The clerics are doing that, too?"

Inyasa gazes thoughtfully at Janora.

Inyasa asks, "Visions?"

Janora says, "I don't know much else since I was not there when it happened."

Lilliwea asks, "My brother is not far from here, would you think it would be wise to go find him?"

Inyasa frowns.

Zoitrece says, "Not if he's going to spit out another snake."

You say, "From what I've heard, there have been clerics experiencing visions before expelling... various things from their mouths."

Lilliwea shudders.

Inyasa glances at you.

Lilliwea says, "I don't know what i would do if I saw him spit out a... thing."

Zoitrece frowns.

You say, "I'd heard seawater and... carrion mentioned."

Janora nods to you.

Zoitrece says, "I feel less like shopping now."

A tear runs down Inyasa's face.

Inyasa says, "I don't feel like talking to anyone about visions or any of this."

Lilliwea says, "I am worried that whoever may be doing this has eyes on her that we may not know aobut. Unless it's divine I could probably try to shield us from prying eyes."

Lilliwea briefly spreads her arms outward while continuing to sing softly. A dome of light begins to build up around Lilliwea as the whispered notes get more complicated.

Inyasa exclaims to Zoitrece, "I shouldn't have written nothing was this bad until you got here!"

Inyasa yells, "Guards!"

You blink.

A Sentinel enters the area and moves quickly toward Inyasa, supporting her on his shoulders as the two walk off together in the direction of the Great Tower.

Janora blinks.

Zoitrece babbles something incoherent at Inyasa.

Zoitrece asks, "What are you on about?"

Lilliwea blinks.

Zoitrece asks, "Are you feverish now, too?"

Lilliwea exclaims, "She's been taken!"

Zoitrece stops guarding.

<we start heading out toward the street>

Zoitrece frowns.

Janora says, "She's... just upset about what happened. She probably needs space."

Zoitrece yells, "Inyasa!"

Janora frowns.

[Shard, Moonstone Street]
Deserted and lonely, a small, dark shop painted with strange gleaming markings is nearly dwarfed by the looming edifice of the nearby bank and the dramatic silhouette of the Great Tower. A sign hangs over the doorway, swinging in the city's chilly lakeside breeze.
You also see the meeting tower and the Crystal Plaza.
Obvious paths: east, west.
Janora, Lilliwea and Zoitrece followed.

Zoitrece asks, "Where would that guard have taken her?"

Lilliwea asks, "To the tower?"

Zoitrece asks, "Do you suppose he would have taken her back home?"

Lilliwea says, "They were headed in that direction."

You say, "Looks like they're well off on their way. Seemed like they were heading toward the tower."

You say, "She probably wants some rest, after that."

Zoitrece says, "She is definitely not well."

Janora nods to you.

Janora says, "Anyone who would experience that would not likely be well..."

Janora frowns.

Zoitrece says, "I don't know what has happened to her."

Janora says, "Perhaps this is not the first time it happened to her. Maybe it happened when she wrote that note to you."

Janora nods to Zoitrece.

Zoitrece scratches her head.

Lilliwea nods.

Zoitrece says, "There's something about this whole situation that stinks."

You nod in agreement.

Janora nods.

Zoitrece says, "If you'll pardon me, I'm going to go see if I can learn anything else."

Zoitrece frowns.

Zoitrece says, "Thank you for helping me to find her, at the least."

You say, "You're welcome. Sorry the reunion did not go more smoothly."

Lilliwea nods.

Zoitrece nods.

Janora nods.

Zoitrece says, "Perhaps we'll meet again."

Zoitrece nods.

Lilliwea nods.

Zoitrece waves.

Knaldkarlik Eka Zoitrece just went west.

Janora slowly empties her lungs.

Lilliwea says, "How strange."
