With extensive help from Ynami and a QC from him as well, the hefty war hammer covered in thirteen diamond-sectioned spikes is fully functioning again in Prime and Plat. I'll be rolling it to TF once I'm sure I haven't made catastrophic changes.

I've also added a STUDY to help explain the hammer verbs and also included information that the hammer uses charges, but regains them over time.

If you run into issues with the war hammer, please BUG the problem in game!
