Yes. If it is a container of any kind it will be hidden, including bundles. The quad-hiders are higher tier items, and so they will hide more stuff in general terms.

Basically, if it appears in your list when typing INV CONTAINER it will be hidden by it. E.g. everything here is hidden by it unless I type SHOW <item> ALWAYS:
