So I just took my Ranger on the quest and got one of the storage books for my Trader, but when I gave it to him and tried to use it I got the message about it "does not belong to you." So I gave it back to my Ranger, thinking I had to clean it and got this...

So, are these able to be cleaned off some way? Is there a way to make them not bond to the first person that picks them up so that folks in the future don't make my mistake?
