I fixed a few bugs with these just now. Most notably, they weren't removing the creature from the urn when they were opened with a creature inside in some cases, and this has been fixed. You weren't supposed to be able to create infinitely many creatures using these things. <g>
Also, it's no longer possible to release creatures into rooms that are flagged no creature, or safe rooms. Bad Things [tm] can happen if a creature ends up in a room where no creature is meant to be, and when released in a safe room (especially one with no exits) we can end up with stuck creatures who can't be killed but also cannot leave.
