All magic users can help -- simply come to the west orb and charge it just as you would any cambrinth item. Non-magic users cannot charge the orbs, but there are often great classes available, and the talk tends toward current events, so it's a good place to catch up.

Directions to the orb from the Temple Entrance:
Go through the pillars, though the arch, north until you can't anymore, then west a bit, start climbing the stairs, then go up them a ways more, and you're there!
