I was reading about both the free and LTB point type ahead lines on the wiki and found conflicting information:

1) Does the free +1 type ahead line for a character being on a premium account stay with the character if they leave the account or downgrade subscriptions?
Yes or No?

2) Does the 900 LTB +1 type ahead line that you can purchase once (that effects every character on the account) does this stay with the character if it leaves your account or you downgrade the subscription?
Yes or No?

Here's the conflicting information that bares correction on the wiki:

Here's the portion of the wiki that states that the +1 free TaL stays with the character if it downgrades/leaves the account:

To clarify, unless it was changed, the LTB-purchased typeahead is an account level perk that is permanent, even if you drop premium status. IMO, it's the best perk and I have it on all my accounts.

The "You're premium, type a line ahead" only works while you are premium.

The 900 point type a line ahead stays with the account.

If you move a character off that account, it does not stay with that character on the new account.

If you roll up a character later on the account you bought the boon with, that character has the extra one to start.
