Hello fellow Estate holders,
Some of you have met me in person in crossing as of late and some have seen my thoughts across the Gweth..
Greetings!!
Now to a point...sorry I missed the Estate Holder meeting on 2/9/2015 at 10pm....if there is a post of the minutes from meeting can someone please direct me to that link?
Further Few points I wanted to bring up.....'there's a Calendar in the premium bank in crossing...why is it not used to direct people to http://forums.play.net/calendar?game=dragonrealms
Which i just found today lol...
Anyway it's been a long time since i traveled in the realms of Elanthia and one would think things would be some much better in the last 18 years....not more polluted....lack of information being passed and moving into modern day for one....why is there no IRC channels? or Even Internet Realms radio? All these things are easy to accomplish these days..
Lots of things have changed since I was here ....Some good...some just bloody awful!!
1.) Walking the Starry Road...bad decision..bring it back EOD
2.) Combat - used to be a thrill to dance with opponent and either gain or lose balance depending on moves...now it's just Bleh!(any 3 year old can stand in front of Critter and type attack)
not sure if any of these thing have been discussed....got tired of reading forum posts and latest post was like 2007 or 2009 lol
Anyway I hope to see all Estate holders throughout the realm when I make the next estate holder meeting...i'm guessing in April?

That was for the platinum players if you are one of these you should ask for a log on the platinum forums. Most, if not all, platinum events have a "- Plat" following them so you can easily tell if they are for DRprime or not.

Pretty awesome suggestion there. I can agree with that. Though, the calender sometimes drops so I'd suggest it link to http://kchitw.net/dr/cal.html instead and also mention the IG news articles for events NEWS 4 1, NEWS 4 3, NEWS 4 8, and NEWS 4 10.

I think that's mostly due to a lack of time and energy to invest into them in order to make them worthwhile. Only so many people available to do the work and I'm fairly sure most of them already have their plates far beyond full at the moment.

This has been debated back and forth. Personally, I'm a fan of the new system. It allows for greater penalties for favorless death while also being a little more forgiving overall. Not many popular games support a permanent death system these days.

Just typing ATTACK over and over again won't always give you the best results. The different combat moves can still grant a bonus or penalty to overall combat performance. Also, there are now MANEUVERS which can do some fun things as well as TACTICS which can give you some interesting effects if you complete the combo. Currently, there are no Estate Holder meetings scheduled for the DRprime game instance. There hasn't been one in quite awhile so I'm sure it's due, but also there needs to be something to talk about to have a meeting make sense. At the moment, there isn't a whole lot to say, I suppose when there is something worth announcing then there will be some sort of meeting.
