Just bought premium, how do I get my characters? 02/23/2014 04:09 PM CST


Hello, I'm returning to the game, and I had a bunch of characters, so I bought basic to try it out again. Then I bought premium, and there's no character selection like there was when I bought basic. I'm pretty sure I know which characters I want to fill those 15 slots, but I cannot get to them, any help?

When you reactivate an account you get the character choices.

When you upgrade, you do not. That's what you did here. First time was a reactivation, the second (going to premium) was an upgrade.

What you can do is email feedback, or billing (I'd say feedback). In the email, put your account name, and you can either ask for a list of characters, or tell them which you'd like made active. You can also call them, but I find it easier to do via email given how...odd character names get.

Email verb in game if you don't know them. As in, type email, then hit enter.

Billing is actually the department you'll want to contact for this, either by phone or email.

Spot on advice from both of you though. It's how I've reactivated characters in the past.
