I'm sure I could go to Therengia or Ilithi or an island and find an available house, but sometimes I just want to stick close to crossing, like I do with my trader and empaths, but it seems all the houses are always filled up, even moreso now that many of us are back from long hiatuses with thre free 90 day reactivation.
