its odd, but in plat one of my characters homes <an empath> near dirge is in a non-justice area, yet most of this whole area is considered "justice" in prime.
Maybe they forgot to "unset" it in prime after the "khruek attacks the <fake> necro-guild" event in prime <plat never had this happen> the area in question is from right outside the dirge gate to the mauseluem area, which is a hunting area in both instances <madmen> .
