So I've been scouting houses in Riverhaven for the better part of 6 months now and its become increasingly apparent that most of the people that own homes dont really seem to play much if at all anymore. Is there a mechanic in place that vacates homes that havent been visited in a certain amount of time? Also are there plans for any new neighborhoods to be realeased in town or perhaps a group of concerned citizens that could come evict some of the less active residents? Thanks for your time!
