For the current round of things in QC, there are no feature-changing mirrors.
This IS a thing that I'm also interested in looking into, though we'd probably have to do various phases of it to actually come up with something that people found useful. These are single-use items, and while there may be multiples of a single one, each one of that type does the same thing. So everyone who buys the blue and white striped hair mirror will end up with blue and white striped hair. (So, they are neat, but limited, too.)
It is definitely on the radar, but not in the very next phase of things.
