Tattoos were a little after my time, but I think something like this may exist already. While I know there are static tattoo shops, I think there were some that were custom possibly at fest and the like. Where you talk to the artist and they come up with the design with you.

I've never seen one, and I don't know how active the premium side of things is but I think it would be great if one rolled around again.

Tattoo alterers do make appearances at festivals, although I think their lists tend to be on the shorter and more expensive side. I think a couple of them require the session to be RP'd too.

Probably the easiest and most certain way to get a custom tattoo is through a GM wedding.
