Just thought I'd give this idea a nudge, since I haven't heard mention of it in quite some time...

Perhaps there could be a LTB scroll (or to be witty, maybe call it Noxious Face Cream or something) that allows one to alter one feature upon a GM's confirmation.

Would allow a variety of similar (or completely unique features) - sunburned skin, liver spots, quite short, towering, lanky build, or any other such things.

...But again, only for one feature per use since it would be such a special thing. Thoughts?

I'd like this, but Armifier is going to bump in that the changes done aren't real for the character, and are actually just magic or something.
