Quick question: Can this be used in any furniture shop or just in the shops in the Seacaves? Also, do pets count toward this voucher?

I used it in a bunch of furniture shops besides those in the sea caves. Considering how the char in question couldn't afford to decorate otherwise, it was quite a boon.
