<<If you downgraded and lost your physical home, your furniture will still be safe. When you claim a new home, your old furniture will be moved out of storage and into the new home. Any non-furniture items that were in the home when it was reclaimed by the system will be available to you via the HOME RECLAIM mechanics.

I have a home on a character that I transferred to my current account a few months ago from another account where he used to be a home owner but not at the time of the transfer. Attempting to get a home for him on the current account this weekend mostly worked, but it doesn't appear to have been fully restored. Specifically the standard furniture items which are now the default home items. My home scent, home pet, and layout were all restored properly. HOME RECLAIM likewise worked correctly and I have in my possession the prop items that I used to have in the home. I'm going to assume that the transfer is potentially the cause of the issue here, and my hope is that it can be restored somehow. Is this even possible or is that info lost to the aether?

FWIW, I'm not 100% certain I had decorated the house with furniture but I'm 99% sure I had. I know I had a text document with full decor plans for my two homes at the time (this was back when I had two premium accounts and you could only have one home per account) and I thought for sure I had followed through on both of them at least partially. I unfortunately don't have any logs from that time to verify what I had actually completed. My home on the old account used to be located in Raven's Point just outside the chapel at [Raven's Point, Northern Square] in the pyramidal stone home currently owned by someone who hasn't entered the home yet ("[This home is claimed, but has not yet been entered by the owner.]") if that helps track anything down or verify it's previous incarnation somehow.

If I can add on to the question... if you downgrade to basic and decide to purchase a simucoin home deed, does the items returning work the same? or is it on a completely different system and when you have a "basic" home you'd have a completely different set of home stuff inside it than if you upgraded back to premie?

For what it's worth when my wife and I returned 2 months ago, both of our houses equally restored with 1/5th the items.

We assumed it was intended as we had been out of prime for >2 years.
