Estate Holder ring updates 08/03/2019 04:26 PM CDT
Estate Holders of Elanthia,

The Lunar Magic behind Estate Holder jewelry has been bolstered. You no longer have to PULL the jewelry to return within 30 minutes of the PUSH. Instead, PULL and PUSH have gotten independent 60 minute cooldowns. When you PUSH a piece of jewelry to jump to Fang Cove, you will be unable to PUSH Estate Holder jewelry again for 60 minutes (you do not have to be logged in for this to tick down). The same goes for PULL.

>study my ring
You recognize this as a piece of jewelry common among the Estate Holders. You believe that you can PUSH the silver ring to teleport to Fang Cove or PULL the silver ring to return afterwards. It's also possible to TURN it to forge a connection with the cove's construct.
[You will be able to PUSH your ring again about an hour from now.]
[You are able to PULL your ring anytime.]

We hope the change makes longer trips (due to alterations, crafting, home visits, hunting, etc) to Fang Cove viable without relying on portals. This is live in the Prime, Platinum, and Fallen instances. No other mechanics of the rings have been changed.

Should you come across any issues, please post over in the Bugs section of the Estate Holder forums, or BUG ITEM in game.

While this is a nice addition to what we had previously, why not just remove the cooldown completely? Or, am I misunderstanding the logic behind this?
