I'm going to be a bit controversial in saying that afk scripting should completely be allowed. Players that just want to RP will RP... players that want to min/max will do so. I understand that it's a sore subject for players that have put 10+ years into getting to 100+ the legit way... but that's not how most humans work. Scripting is a huge component of the game and very much fun for a lot of people, regardless of the meta social game. At this point, we need more highbies for pvp and such however they make it there. This is not the same game it was in 1996. The competition is fierce. DR needs to roll with the punches (afk scripting as a niche market) or die like every other MUD.
