I'd like to see some inherint risks with this..such as a 50 50 shot of being seen doing the grae robbing. I mean in real life 99 percent of people caught stealing arne't caught by the people they are robbing, they just didn't account for the neighbors.

Uh, currently, everyone in the room sees you graverobbing. Then everyone gweths. Then everyone knows. If you managed to get into the area with no one seeing you and they departed in the wild with no other people around, then that's like mugging someone in the middle of the woods, no one is around to report it.
