EXP SWITCH Not Working 01/18/2013 06:17 PM CST

I keep getting told I can switch certain skills, but everytime I attempt to do so, I get "You cannot switch your skills!"

I'd like to test out switching certain skills before 3.0. If not, when it goes live, would I be able to switch but if I don't like it, switch back?

This lasts 24 hours from your conversion, so it's probably just expired. I just turned it on for everybody in test, though, so that everybody can mess with it.
