[bug] Enchanting? 01/14/2013 10:22 AM CST

Heyo all! I just ran into a very interesting bug over in Plat regarding the enchanting skill.

When my trader untangled her fishing line, she learned about .80 enchanting from it. When I asked about it, I learned that a similar bug had appeared while tuning instruments. I asked another trader to see if he can replicate my bug over at the Amusement pier; I ran into it while on the Skirr.

Any thoughts?
