Question on grandfathering 01/10/2013 03:12 PM CST

If a Nth req skill is due to be grandfathered x ranks, and 2 skills in the same skillset are the same rank, will it take the actual bits into account when choosing the one to be grandfathered, or numerically the first skill listed in the set?

Numerically first on the list. The list is sorted based on rank-only, so if you want to change that ordering you'll need to rank one higher than the other.
