It doesn't seem like putting a bleepton of mana into NR is having any payoff. A 100+ mana cast doesn't look like it's healing more than a 40 mana cast does right now in prime. Is this intended?
With spell stance set to potency, it's better, but I would still expect more for 3x the mana.
Before cast (potency stance):

You see a fire maiden, which is dead.
The fire maiden has a severely swollen and shattered right arm which appears completely useless compounded by an ugly stump for a right arm, an ugly stump for a right hand, a severely swollen chest area with a shattered rib cage compounded by a completely destroyed chest area with nearly all flesh and bone torn away revealing a gaping hole.
It is wearing a pair of black boots, a leather jerkin.
It is carrying nothing!
After cast (potency at 85%):
You see a fire maiden, which is dead.
The fire maiden has a severely swollen and deeply bruised right arm with odd protrusions under the skin compounded by a broken right arm with gaping holes, a broken right hand with gaping holes, a severely swollen and deeply bruised chest area with odd protrusions under the skin compounded by gaping holes in the chest area.
It is wearing a pair of black boots, a leather jerkin.
It is carrying nothing!
Both of these casts were min prep +100 mana. Obviously potency stance is better, but I would have expected the 85% to look like the 130%, and the 130% to pretty much heal it completely. I believe with potency set to 130%, casting at 100+ mana, it barely heals faster than doing 30-40 mana casts in prime.
