Can we still permanently learn spells from scrolls that are within our magic school? Especially for learning things like USOL once its no longer on preview.
Oh that reminds me, if you don't mind me adding into your post.. would we be able to get scrolls returned to us that we previously learned that are still available in 3.0?

That sucks and extremely unfair.. I already have learned SET from a scroll, I should be able to have it in the transfer. Well, fingers crossed I got an extra SET scroll somewhere, ugh.
Unfair is a bit harsh but it does suck for sure. I went out of my way to track down the scrolls I knew were transferring to 3.0 and save them. But yeah finding new versions is gonna take a bit of time. On the brightside you wouldnt be able to cast SET after 3.0 anyhow so now you get a chance to build up your Sorcery ranks while you look for a copy
