I'd rather see a new spell with SEC as a prereq that's harder to cast that increases the base capacity - Interesting idea to think about later.

Armifer mentioned that when he created the spell he was testing the cap raising thing and left it in. Id love to have it just be one spell, I dont see leak prevention as something Id really ever need. <insert joke here>
