When I logged into test I found the following:

Your bond with the Estate Holders has been sundered! Sensing this loss, the ring sends a painful tingle through your hand, then slides off your finger to the ground.

I think this is a bug.

The test instance is not a perfect copy of Prime, and some things like this may occur. It is not necessarily an indication that 3.0 broke it. Thanks for reporting it though!

My ring worked for me at least as far as teleporting.
I was wondering about LTB- it seemed testing that might cause me to lose actual LTBs, so I didn't.
