Soul Attrition seems to be getting a strange accuracy bonus of some sort, or Horn is incredibly underpowered. Comparing a fully targeted HORN versus Soul Attrition, Horn misses but Soul Attrition eats the targeted Paladin alive. I'm not sure if Soul Attrition is DFA or Multi-Shot or something -- I know it's cyclic at the very least, but I'm pretty sure cyclic spells are supposed to be less accurate than full on targeted spells. A mass of deep ebon ether erupts from thin air, coalescing into the spectral form of a shadowy black unicorn which gallops rapidly toward Casserah.
Casserah hastens out of the way of the thundering hooves, avoiding the black unicorn's lowered horn!

Casserah doubles over in violent spasms!
