According to the new shield and second weapon requirements, my character will need 87 more ranks in shield and 52 ranks in second weapon in order to go from circle 90 to circle 91. Does this mean I will have to do all that training once 3.0 goes live in order to circle again or will there be something worked out for people who suddenly finding themselves needing skills they didnt need before?

And yes, his shield sucks, and I should have trained it better. I know that now thanks.
