Normal both removes the severity reduction and the speed boosts that come from skill. That should probably be communicated better (or at all?).

I might be able to divorce those two, but right now normal means "without the perks that come with skill." Splitting them would not be trivial but also wouldn't be impossible, just not sure if the feature will get used all that much once we're out of the testing woods.
