Run Multiple Instances of DR 02/13/2018 11:24 PM CST

Is it possible to run more than one instance of DR on the same PC? If so, how? Currently, if I try to log in with more than one account the first one is automatically disconnected. I use Storm Front to play the game. Thanks in advance for any helpful information!

Yes, but only if the characters are on different accounts. (You will need to open two instances of StormFront.)

Thank you for the reply. My characters are currently on separate accounts. The way I've been trying to get it to work was to log in to the website and load up my first character. Then I log out of the website and back in under the second account. As soon as I attempt to run the second character the first one gets disconnected. Is there a setting in SF I need to change?

Download the Simutronics Game Entry (SGE) utility. Use the SGE to launch SF under your first account, Open SGE again, change the account name and launch SF under your second account. Using SGE you won't need to use your web browser at all to play DR.

Be careful to pay attention if you multibox because although many people run characters on multiple accounts concurrently; not very many remain responsive to what's going on on multiple accounts.

Thank you for the response and warning. I will try your suggestion this evening. While the temptation to play multiple characters is there I'm actually just interested in keeping the off character logged in using "Sleep" mode so he can absorb his field experience while I'm playing the other one because I'm just using Free accounts right now.
