Would like to see regeneration (mana/health/concentration) items improved either by:

(1) Combine like regeneration in the same slot
-Ex. three mana regen bracelets @ 1% would combine into a single mana regen bracelet at 3%

(2) Combined into some generic regeneration item
-Ex. three mana regen bracelets @ 1%, two mana regen anklets @ 1%, four mana regen pendants @ 1% would combine into a single mana regeneration item @ 9%
-Mana tuners could be a good candidate for this with an option for NMU https://elanthipedia.play.net/Category:Mana_tuners


Points that would need to be addressed:
-Maximum regeneration cap?
-Existing items working with the suggestion
